Tri Tempo Tuesday - 30th of June Run Set

Run Session for the 23rd of June 2026 at Harbour Reach Café in Eastbourne at 6.00pm

As the sun dipped slowly towards the horizon, runners gathered to celebrate the solstice in the best way possible: together, in motion, and soaking up the golden evening light. With a warm breeze, glowing skies, and the iconic Eastbourne backdrop, it was a perfect setting for a memorable run.

A scorching day on the Eastbourne seafront set the stage for a tough but brilliant 10K, with runners showing incredible grit in the heat. Huge credit to Tri Tempo’s Jamie and Eloise for expertly pacing sub-40 and sub-55 groups, and congratulations to everyone who crossed the finish line!
