Harbour Reach Cafe / Car Park

Meet us in Eastbourne on the 30th of June at 6.00pm for the following run set.

Pre Set:

  • Warm Up Run along the seafront

  • Activations and stride efforts

Main Set:

  1. Run to the right hand turn for the Sovereign Centre and back (approx. 1.2km) with 60 seconds rest

  2. Run to the skatepark and back (approx. 1km) with 60 seconds rest

  3. Run to the second right hand turn and back (approx. 800m) with 60 seconds rest

  4. Run to the second information board and back (approx. 500m) with 60 seconds rest

  5. Run to the first information board and back (approx. 350m) with 60 seconds rest

Cool down, pick any of the above distances and repeat once.

  • Download and install this chrome extension

  • Login to your Garmin Connect account online via a web browser

  • On Garmin Connect web page, navigate to Training and Planning, select workouts.

  • With the Chrome extension running, you should see the import option. Click import and import the workout you previously downloaded.

  • Send this to your Garmin device.
