Run Session - 23/06/2026

Harbour Reach Café / Car Park

Meet us in Eastbourne on the 23rd of June at 6.00pm for the following run set.

Pre Set:

  • Warm Up Run along the seafront

  • Activations and stride efforts

Main Set:

  • 4 × 200m building on pace on each 200m, starting off steady and then increasing effort during the 200m, 60 seconds rest after each rep.

  • Regroup then run the below

  • 4 × 750m with 60 rest, comfortably hard effort, consistent pacing.

Bring swimwear for a dip in the sea after to cool off!
