Meet us in Eastbourne on the 23rd of June at 6.00pm for the following run set.
Pre Set:
Warm Up Run along the seafront
Activations and stride efforts
Main Set:
4 × 200m building on pace on each 200m, starting off steady and then increasing effort during the 200m, 60 seconds rest after each rep.
Regroup then run the below
4 × 750m with 60 rest, comfortably hard effort, consistent pacing.
Bring swimwear for a dip in the sea after to cool off!
