Get ready for Tuesdays run session, meeting at 6.00pm at the Harbour Reach Café:

Warm Up:

  • 6 min out, 6 min back warm up run around the harbour

  • Strides and Activations

Main Set:

  • 800m as 200m Hard/200m Easy - Continuous running with 60s rest at the end

  • 1 × 1200m at Tempo pace with 2 minutes rest

  • 800m as 200m Hard/200m Easy - Continuous running with 60s rest at the end

  • 1 × 750m at 10k/Half Marathon pace with 1 minutes rest

  • 400m as 200m Hard/200m Easy - Continuous running with 60s rest at the end
