Tri Tempo sessions
Please check the Facebook Members page for other sessions which members hold regularly during the week. For example, members will post about swimming in the sea, going for a bike ride/ turbo or run.
Monday: Coached Swim 8:30pm Eastbourne Sovereign Centre (These sessions incur a cost and are paid directly to the Eastbourne Swim Club)
Monday: SEA SWIM: This usually takes place between 6-6:30pm during the months of May-Sep, please check the Tri Tempo Members Facebook page for the weekly updates and meeting venue.
Tuesday: Speed/ interval run session. 6:00pm start (See below for this month's sessions) - check Facebook for details as meeting points can vary at short notice. This session is usually held at the car park close to the Sewage Works or Princes Park.
Friday: Coached Swim 8pm Eastbourne Sovereigns centre. (These sessions incur a cost and are paid directly to the Eastbourne Swim Club)
Saturday: Easy group run, usually starting at 7am meeting on the seafront. The idea of this run is to have a conversation whilst running.
Saturday/ Sunday: Self organised bike rides between members using the WhatsApp group. Depending on the time of the year, these usually start between 7-8am, meeting somewhere on the seafront.
