Tri Tempo sessions
Please check the Facebook page for other sessions which members hold regularly during the week. For example, members will post about swimming in the sea, going for a bike ride/ turbo or run.
Monday: Coached Swim 8:30pm Eastbourne Sovereign Centre, £5 per session or £8 if attend both the Monday and Friday sessions in the same week (this is paid to the swimming coach at Eastbourne Swimming Club)
Tuesday: Speed/ interval run session. 6:30pm start - check Facebook for details as meeting points can vary at short notice
Friday: Coached Swim 8:00pm Eastbourne Sovereign Centre £5 per session or £8 if attend both the Monday and Friday sessions in the same week (this is paid to the swimming coach at Eastbourne Swimming Club)
Sunday: Two organised bike rides to cover speeds and distances for all abilities.
Usually start at 07:00 at a seafront location (see Facebook posts for details)
Kevin Key's ride is normally a 3 hour ride of around 80km
George Message's ride is usually 30-50km at a more leisurely pace than Kevin's, so ideal for new riders
